1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using WhatSort you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of service
WhatSort is a Shopify application that automates transactional WhatsApp messaging — order confirmations, abandoned-checkout recovery, and fulfillment updates — sent from your own WhatsApp number via a QR-based web connector.
3. Eligibility & account
You must operate a valid Shopify store and have the authority to bind that business. You're responsible for keeping your account and linked WhatsApp session secure.
4. WhatsApp usage policy
WhatSort is built for transactional messages to your own customers about their own orders. You agree not to send unsolicited marketing, bulk spam, or messages to people who haven't transacted with your store. WhatSort is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, WhatsApp Inc. or Meta. Misuse may result in your number being restricted by WhatsApp — that risk is yours.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Message limits reset monthly.
6. Prohibited uses
No unlawful content, harassment, deceptive practices, reselling of the service, or attempts to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Intellectual property
WhatSort, its logo, and the software remain our property. Your store data and message content remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, or specific business results such as reduced RTO rates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You can stop using WhatSort anytime by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
